Stop living with tennis elbow pain

If you are having any sort of pain in your arm at the elbow joint and it hurts just to try and pull a chair then you may be suffering from tennis elbow. You need not to be a tennis player to get this medical disorder and you should be sure to have it diagnosed by a doctor to confirm what you already have guessed.
Doing so at the beginning of symptoms is very important so that you don't cause further harm that would be much tougher to recover from. If you think you may have tennis elbow then go to the doctor immediately, I agree this is not fatal at any cost but in severe conditions it may end up with losing an arm of you and definitely you don’t afford to lose any part of your body.
Signs will gradually worsen over time starting from a painful and tender elbow to the freezing of muscles in your forearm. If untreated you may not be able to straighten your arm at all without it being extremely painful to do so and what you used to be simple tasks like turning on a light or making a pot of coffee can be torturous.

Treatments

It is often recommended that you wear the band 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for about 6 weeks, removing the band during showering and related personal care. The band helps reduce inflammation causing the symptoms by changing the origin site of the ECRL and ECRB tendons.
People struggling with tennis elbow sometimes find anti-inflammatory medication helpful. Consult with your orthopedic or healthcare provider before taking any medication. On occasion a cortisone injection may be given to the inflamed area.
If any of this sounds as if it fits how you're feeling then go to the doctor today. You don't want to put it off until tomorrow because tomorrow it will be a day worse!
